Poker legend Isaac Haxton has shipped the $50,000 buy-in Main Event for a whopping $598,000, while Cary Katz won the PokerGo Cup Leaderboard.
Isaac Haxton has won the 2023 PokerGo Cup Main Event, which was a $50,000 No-Limit Hold’em.
26 of the best poker tournament players in the world registered for the high buy-in event and generated a whopping $1,300,000 prize pool.
There were only four paid places with a staggering min-cash of $130,000. Players, who made the money were Isaac Haxton, Cary Katz, Sean Winter and Daniel Colpoys. Daniel Colpoys was the first player to bust, followed by Sean Winter.
Heads-up for the title were Ike Haxton and Cary Katz, who had already secured the victory in the PokerGo Cup Leaderboard and had the chance to win the two biggest titles at the 2023 PokerGo Cup.
Heads-up specialist Isaac Haxton proved to be too much to overcome though and Katz had to settle for a well-paid second place worth $364,000.
Haxton’s $598,000 score was the largest first place prize of this edition of the PokerGO Cup.

Cary Katz Crowned 2023 PokerGO Cup Champion
With an impressive four final tables and five cashes amounting to $655,800 in prize money, Cary Katz was crowned the 2023 PokerGO Cup champion.
Katz amassed 460 leaderboard points to take home the PokerGo Cup title as well as the $50,000 in prize money.
