Daniel Negreanu has won Poker Masters Event #5: $10,000 No-Limit Hold’em for $178,200. But this is not all, as DNegs also moves into the top spot of the 2021 Poker Masters Leaderboard after 5 of 12 events.
Daniel Negreanu managed to come from behind in heads-up play against Nick Petrangelo to steal victory and the leaderboard top spot.
Daniel Negreanu wins second high roller title within two months
Two months ago, Daniel was crowned the first-ever PokerGO Cup champion. He cashed four times during the series, including a victory in Event #7: $50,000 No-Limit Hold’em for $700,000.
That means Negreanu has now won two high roller events within eight weeks silencing his numerous critics in the online poker community.

With 281 points through five events, Negreanu is now the frontrunner to win the 2021 Poker Masters Purple Jacket, which is a title he very much wants to win.
