“iGaming regulations are in full effect.”
Included in the online casino games section is what is called peer-to-peer gaming. What it actually meant by that is online poker though.

In mid-August Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont’s approval prompted Commissioner of the Department of Consumer Protection Michelle H. Seagull to send the regulations to the Legislation Regulation Review Committee (LRRC).
This agency approved the 84-page emergency regulation document on August 31st.
The final document includes every tiny requirement from license applicants and advertisers and is published online.

New Online poker sites can already launch by the end of 2021
New US poker sites can apply now for a launch by the end of 2021, since the tribes are pushing to speed up the process.
